SAFER USA will be hosting a one day class - NRA Range Safety Officer (9 hours) on 2/18/12 from 8AM to 5PM.  The course teaches the basic duties of the Range Safety Officer.

The class is taught by David Lombardo and Tim Dalan and will be held at the Lions Club, 148 S. Stanford Street in Bonfield, IL 60913.

EARLY REGISTRATION: 
Now through Feb 5th 2012:  ISRA Members $125, Non-members $160
Registration Feb 6th and later:  ISRA Members $135, Non members: $170

ISRA membership: will be checked at the door. Non-members will be assessed higher amount in cash only or forfeit entire registration fee.

Cancellations: Cancellations at any point after registration will incur a $10.00 administration fee. No shows will forfeit entire course/event cost.

Prerequisites: Minimum age 21 years old.

Equipment required: A three ring binder to hold class materials and pens/pencils to take any notes.

Course Description: This course teaches the basic duties a Range Safety Officer (RSO) performs. It provides a thorough introduction to the role of the RSO, range Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), range safety briefings, range inspections and rules, emergency procedures, and how to clear firearm stoppages and correct malfunctions.
