NOTICE: The McHenry Sportsmen's Club no longer maintains an Operations Manager.
Please disregard anything that may have been said or sent to you about your ability or inability to work at our Club.
Nothing has changed !!!

You work for the Club's President and Treasurer (as it used to be before we hired an Operations Manager).

There will be no more emails sent to you to tell you when you work.

You must be on this schedule to be certain that you are working a particular day.

Supply your name and the date and time you want to work.
The email will go to the person who is currently doing the scheduling.

If you do not sign up, you will not be scheduled and are not expected to work.
If you are not scheduled and want to work, call the Club before coming to see if there is an opening.
If you come in without calling, you may find there are no openings for you that day.

This is how it used to be before we had an Operations Manager, except the schedule was hanging up on the wall in the clubhouse. Now you can see it anytime you want and make changes when you need to. Please let us know if you are scheduled and cannot be there. This was not a bad system before, it worked then and it will work now. We will all get used to it.
