NOTICE: The McHenry Sportsmen's Club no longer maintains an Operations Manager.
You must be on this schedule to be certain that you are working a particular day.

Click on this email link to request days

Supply your name and the date and time you want to work.
The email will go to the person who is currently doing the scheduling.

If you do not sign up, you will not be scheduled and are not expected to work.
If you are not scheduled and want to work, call the Club before coming to see if there is an opening.
If you come in without calling, you may find there are no openings for you that day.

If you find out you are unable to work on the day you are scheduled, you must click the email link and notify us.
If you find out you are unable to work on the day you are suppose to work, you must also call the club (815) 385-9896 and tell someone.

If you are scheduled to work on the day of a special event, (such as an ATA Registered shoot), it may be possible that you may be asked to work longer in the event that the shoot runs longer than expected.

CLUB FAMILY PICNIC ... no scheduled trap help
Shooting will be managed by volunteers.
All trap help is invited; you may eat and shoot same as members.
You may help us out, but there is no "official" payroll during our picnic.
